Early Help Open to Review Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Help Open to Review Coordinator to join our 0-25 social care service. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with the 0-18 social care team to provide high-quality support to disabled children and young people.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct home visits to assess the needs of children and families
  • Chair review meetings to discuss and agree on support plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, agencies, and providers
  • Monitor and review plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share information and best practices

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in services for children and young people
  • Experience working in a statutory setting with children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of childcare legislation and risk assessment
