Sales Team Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Team Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Team Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate appointments and diary for the Senior Sales Manager.
- Keep the CRM database up to date.
- Analyze data for sales reporting.
- Coordinate and progress the sales pipeline with both internal and client teams.
- Record and follow up on all incoming enquiries and generated leads to promote the company and arrange a meeting with the Senior Sales Manager.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and estimating requests.
- Work with the design and estimating teams to ensure all requested quotes and designs are scheduled and on track for agreed completion dates.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Experience of customer sales and service in a client-focused business.
- To be a strong relationship builder with excellent attention to detail and communication skills, the ability to produce accurate records and to be able to understand and produce a range of reports.
- A good understanding of Microsoft and in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as experience of working with a CRM database.
- To enjoy speaking to existing and prospective customers, be happy to chase for updates, answer enquiries and to be proactive in developing business for the company.
- To be organized, adaptable and focused with the ability to work independently.
- A driving license and your own transport as our offices are not on a train or bus route.
- A competitive salary of £24,000.
- A holiday entitlement of 21 days plus all bank holidays.
- Enrolment into the company pension and employee benefits scheme.
- The opportunity to progress into an Area Sales Manager role.
