Requirements:

We're looking for a leader who can inspire a team, bring out potential, and lead by example. Our ideal candidate has experience championing excellent service through quality food, a passion for team development, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cost fresh seasonal menus for various revenue streams
  • Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
  • Demonstrate creativity in designing and delivering new dishes
  • Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
