PWM Capital Markets – Cross Asset Trading and Structuring Analyst/Associate, London

Job Summary:

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) is seeking a skilled Cross Asset Trading and Structuring Analyst/Associate to join our team in London. As a key member of our Equity Structuring team, you will be responsible for structuring, pricing, and executing complex securitized cross-asset derivatives transactions on behalf of PWM clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure and price complex securitized cross-asset derivatives transactions
  • Work closely with clients and Private Wealth Advisors to develop strategic investment ideas
  • Manage external dealer relationships to enhance the value-add of the cross-asset platform
  • Take ownership of the trade lifecycle, including pre- and post-trade processes and analyses
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Management on various projects
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to platform expansion
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in global financial markets and derivatives experience preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in structured products, derivatives sales, structuring, or trading
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
