Private Wealth Management (PWM) Overview

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management services to ultra high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions. Our teams work closely with clients to develop customized wealth management plans, leveraging our deep investment expertise and global reach.

Equity Structuring Team

The Equity Structuring team within PWM is seeking a skilled cross-asset trading and structuring professional to join our team. As a cross-asset trader/structurer, you will be responsible for structuring, pricing, and executing customized securitized derivatives investments on behalf of clients. You will work closely with clients and Private Wealth Advisors to develop strategic investment ideas and manage external dealer relationships to enhance the value-add of our cross-asset platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and price complex securitized cross-asset derivatives transactions
  • Collaborate with clients and Private Wealth Advisors to develop and present strategic investment ideas
  • Manage external dealer relationships to enhance the value-add of our cross-asset platform
  • Take ownership of the trade lifecycle, including pre- and post-trade processes and analyses
  • Work closely with colleagues in Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Management on various projects

Requirements

  • Strong interest in global financial markets and derivatives experience preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in structured products, derivatives sales, structuring, or trading
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
