Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Fitness and Wellbeing team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Fitness Centre, ensuring a safe and effective environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Fitness and Wellbeing advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Supervise the fitness floor, overseeing exercise programmes and techniques, and advising on training and lifestyle.

  • Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals, understanding their individual needs and providing personalized support.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

  • Collaborate with the UK Fitness Programme Director to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Level 3 fitness qualification or equivalent.

  • Experience working in a fitness environment, preferably as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
