Grade 4 - £32,076 to £39,186 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Working 36.5 hours per week

We are seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified, innovative, and inspiring Programme Manager to manage the delivery of our Health and Social Care curriculum to adult learners. You will have a successful track record of both curriculum design and delivery and of line-management of teachers in an education environment. You will have specific experience of delivery of Health and Social Care qualifications such as Supported Teaching & Learning, and Early Years Education, Health Care, Counselling or Mentoring. You will be a qualified teacher, with relevant subject-specific qualifications and experience, as well as experience of assessing and Internal Quality Assurance. Reporting to the Head of Faculty for Vocational Skills, you will collaborate closely with a team of Programme Managers to develop a responsive Health and Social care curriculum offer which addresses local needs and continuously improves the quality of the learning experience and outcomes for all learners.
