We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Contracts Officer to join our team at PA Housing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all third-party agreements and contracts within our homeownership schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Support
- Oversee all third-party agreements and contracts for our Homeownerships properties.
- Ensure compliance with legal and PA Housing standards.
- Problem solve and develop effective solutions.
- Assist staff and departments with in-depth knowledge of leases and service agreements.
- Operational Support
- Manage contracts for grounds maintenance, playgrounds, cleaning services, tree management, pest control, and refuse collection.
- Enhance the property management and leasehold service experience for homeowners.
- Utilise best procedures and tools to oversee managing agents effectively.
- Customer Involvement
- Encourage residents to participate in decision-making processes.
- Lead and energise neighbourhood and community events.
- Expertise in leases and service agreements.
- Contract execution experience within homeownership schemes.
- Property management know-how.
- Third-party agreement management skills.
- Legal and housing standard savvy.
- Stakeholder engagement skills.
- Performance management proficiency.
