We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Nurseplus. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our service users receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments with new service users to understand their care needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Undertake risk and manual handling assessments to ensure the safe delivery of care.
- Review and update care plans annually or as needed to reflect changes in service user needs.
- Provide direct supervision to care workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Liaise with Social Services and attend client reviews as required.
- Participate in an on-call roster to provide cover for unplanned absences and maintain service delivery.
- A full UK driving license.
