Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Company Secretary and Pension Trustee, including managing queries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth administration of the Pension and Group Life arrangements.
  • Manage and respond to enquiries from participating employers, members, and external parties, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Liaise with external parties, including professional services, to ensure seamless administration of the Pension and Group Life arrangements.
  • Support the participating schemes and beneficiaries, providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the external administrators to ensure efficient and effective administration of the Pension and Group Life arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in executive support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.

Working Arrangements:

This is a remote role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from home with occasional attendance at external meetings in London or the home counties. The role will require flexibility to work part-time, with the ability to cover 2.5 days to start, with the potential to increase to 3 days.
