Business Development Executive

MSI Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our success in the healthcare recruitment industry.
About the Role- Identify new business opportunities across a network of healthcare and social care clients in England, Wales, and Scotland, leveraging our expertise and network to drive growth.
- Develop strategic accounts within a designated geographical area, building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and share feedback to drive improvements, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing market research and industry trends to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction levels, using data to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in permanent healthcare recruitment in a Business Development role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and social care sectors, including market trends and industry developments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Competitive base salary (up to £55,000, depending on experience), with opportunities for bonus and incentive-based compensation.
