Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Servers. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and driving employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and maintain employee policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct employee investigations, mediate conflicts, and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification; Qualified CIPD Level 3 Foundation minimum (CIPD Level 5 preferred).
- 3 years of HR experience within a similar position, including knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize important projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
