Job Summary

Required IT is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our expanding Data Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic business insights and data-driven solutions to our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Data and Senior Business Intelligence Analysts to develop new reporting solutions that support business change initiatives and optimize data delivery through our central Data Platform.
  • Ensure that business-as-usual (BAU) and small change data delivery consistently meets stakeholder expectations.
  • Support the education of super users in data visualization and analysis solutions, reducing manual effort and data exposure.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and conduct detailed reviews of individual data items to enable automated validation.
  • Document model designs, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with the Data Team to deliver these enhancements.

Requirements

  • Expertise in designing MI/BI solutions in Power BI.
  • Knowledge of best practices in Power BI model development, reporting design, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience working as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst.
  • Understanding of MS Azure Modern Data Warehouse Architecture.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
