Position Overview

Are you ready to elevate your career in a technical pre-sales capacity within a forward-thinking and innovative organization? FICO is on the lookout for a skilled professional to take on the role of Platform Pre-Sales Consultant. In this position, you will work closely with external clients to grasp their requirements and devise solutions utilizing state-of-the-art technology. Your efforts will assist businesses in the Financial Services sector and beyond in managing risks, identifying fraudulent activities, improving customer interactions, optimizing decision-making processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to pinpoint their needs and evaluate their system architecture.
  • Present customized demonstrations of the FICO Platform to varied audiences.
  • Collaborate with FICO's product teams to create solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Lead proof of concept initiatives, support sales efforts, and develop persuasive sales documentation.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, return on investment analyses, and competitive positioning.
  • Engage in customer workshops, industry conferences, and provide training to the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in Technical Pre-Sales with a focus on Cloud/Platform technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
