Pre-Sales Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the sales and development of scanning and hosting solutions as part of customers' digital transformation journeys.
  • Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, customizing solutions to fit client needs.
  • Present and demonstrate our core software and services to customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure we offer cutting-edge solutions.
  • Support the design, implementation, and go-to-market strategies for digital solutions.
  • Address customer queries related to compliance, security, and technical specifications.
  • Develop sales strategies and create technical documentation to support ongoing business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales or operational roles related to scanning and digitisation.
  • Strong experience in software demonstrations and professional services.
  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, collaborating with sales, technical, and partner teams.
  • Familiarity with scanning hardware (IBML, Kodak) and capture solutions (Kofax, ABBY).
  • Knowledge of Content Services and ECM solutions like M-Files, box.com, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • A commercially minded, solution-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites.
