Junior Planning Engineer - Gloucester

Costain is seeking a skilled Junior Planning Engineer to join our successful team based in Gloucester. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for working on our EDF Project Controls Resource Framework, where you will be involved in the exciting challenge of defueling and decommissioning the AGR nuclear power station.

This role will include being site-based in Gloucester 2-3 days per week with the option for dynamic and hybrid working. We are looking for a talented individual who will be a welcomed member of the wider team and contribute to the delivery of pioneering solutions that transform the performance of the infrastructure ecosystem across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience/understanding of Earned Value Analysis and Primavera P6
  • Experience in building cost and resource-loaded plans and working across the project lifecycle
  • Champions Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
  • Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
