Job Title: Asset Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Valuation Specialist to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for conducting detailed inquiries into the local property market, researching and analysing comparable transactions, and preparing valuation reports for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform valuation opinions
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with Red Book guidance
  • Respond to vendor queries and maintain accurate records of communication
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality valuation services
Requirements:
  • Post-qualification experience in a public or private sector valuation and property-related sector
  • Relevant property-related statutes and professional standards, including Landlord and Tenant Acts and RICS standards
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word
  • Driving licence and use of a car
