- Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Charisma, individuality, and positive energy.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues, and senior leadership team.
- Able to work 40 hours per week, including late evenings and weekends.
- Inclusion in the Tronc scheme, which includes room and F&B service charge.
