Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and orient guests to the property, providing them with information on additional options and services.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with all departments across the hotel to maximize efficiency and communication, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Solve problems and suggest alternatives to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Charisma, individuality, and positive energy.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues, and senior leadership team.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, including late evenings and weekends.
