About the Role

Priory Adult Care's Trowbridge Services are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team of support workers.

We provide support to a group of amazing people who may have autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions, enabling them to live a full and rewarding life. Our services include residential homes in the Newtown area and an outreach service for those living independently in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable, friendly, and caring support to individuals to achieve their everyday goals, including personal care when necessary.
  • Support individuals with activities and hobbies, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Be attentive and inspire individuals to achieve more, helping them to overcome challenges.
  • Be resilient and provide support during difficult times.
  • Drive individuals to appointments and activities, although non-drivers are also welcome to apply.
