About the Role
- Prescribe and manage medications for patients with minor illnesses and long-term conditions.
- Conduct patient-facing clinics for SMR and medication safety monitoring.
- Provide medication support to the wider team and contribute to the development of medication policies.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Qualification in Pharmacy (MPharm or OSPAP).
- Experience in primary care or GP surgery setting (desirable).
