About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director of Finance and Operations. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in the long-term strategic development and planning of our school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance and operations function, ensuring the effective management of financial resources and operational processes.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with the Headmistress and Senior Leadership Team to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a strong risk management culture.
