About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Ward Manager to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to young people within our Mental Health setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing team and provide guidance and support to staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
  • Manage the ward budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective allocation of staff.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Work closely with the senior nurse to manage the on-call service and ensure seamless delivery of care 24/7.
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Proven track record of leadership skills and experience in a similar environment.
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate approach.
  • Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice.
