We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our esteemed Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction.

About the Role:

The Quality Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and continuously enhancing Product Quality Performance across all sectors of our facility. This position is vital in delivering exceptional value to clients and the internal organization. The successful candidate will establish the necessary frameworks and processes to meet both our facility's and clients' quality standards effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Quality contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of 'Right First Time' and Quality within the organization, identifying key risk areas and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Guide and support on Non-Conformance issues, ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct statistical analyses on Non-Conformance data and provide regular updates on Quality performance.
  • Represent Quality in various internal and external meetings.
  • Develop and monitor Quality performance metrics through reliable reporting.
  • Assist in creating Inspection and Testing Plans and ensure their adequacy before project initiation.
  • Oversee the delivery of Quality Records and ensure progressive assurance.
  • Support Production teams with training and guidance on Quality matters.
  • Conduct regular surveillance to monitor the Quality of work and intervene when necessary.
  • Manage the Quality function, including Quality Inspectors and Lab personnel, following inclusive leadership principles.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of concrete products and relevant quality standards.
  • Proven experience in Quality Management within complex manufacturing or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of client quality expectations in the construction sector.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining essential Quality documentation.
  • Familiarity with key Quality tools, including Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving methodologies.
