We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Unipart Logistics. As a key member of our Customer Support Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer enquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and record customer enquiries and issues onto our call management system.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues within our customer service guidelines.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve missing orders and authorise customer credits where necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Advise customers on suitable alternative products and place orders on their behalf where necessary.
