Supportive Care Assistant

We are seeking compassionate individuals to deliver essential care services to our valued clients across the region. As a supportive care assistant, your responsibilities will include:

1. **Personal Care**: Assisting or overseeing the personal care needs of clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
2. **Meal Preparation**: Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.
3. **Household Support**: Assisting with shopping, managing bills, collecting prescriptions, and performing general household tasks.

In this role, you will promote high standards of care while encouraging independence and individuality among service users.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide direct care to clients as needed.
- Attend necessary meetings, training sessions, and case conferences.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Home Care Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities policies.
