Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Job Summary:
Frazer Jones is seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join their team in a permanent capacity. The ideal candidate will have solid UK and EMEA experience in payroll expertise and a proven track record of maintaining and growing payroll functions.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional to join a leading law firm with global reach and offices across the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert payroll advice and support to the business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide payroll expertise and support to the business, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR and finance teams.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of payroll strategies and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations, ensuring the business remains compliant.
Requirements:
- Professional services background with experience in UK and EMEA payroll.
- Proficient in Workday payroll and experience working in a fast-paced payroll environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
