The Opportunity

Our Digital Legal Delivery practice is at the forefront of digital transformation, harnessing cutting-edge technology and analytical expertise to support businesses in their digitization journeys. We bring together legal, project management, process design, and technology expertise to deliver innovative solutions for clients.

The Role

This role will focus on internal client relationships and the delivery of day-to-day matter work in the data analytics team. The successful candidate will provide expertise, advise on issues, and take the lead on resolving them, ensuring the overall provision of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and evolve dashboards and tracking of client metrics as part of client delivery.
  • Build relationships with partners and CRMS in London, selling the data analytics offerings.
  • Support matters that heavily focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Translate data into presentable content for matter insights reporting.
  • Convert data into different formats to suit matter delivery.
  • Produce Legal Transformation dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Manipulate and present numerical data in formats easily understood by stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrates analytical reasoning, interpretation, and evaluation of complex information.
  • A strategic, analytical mindset to solve complex problems by developing insights from data.
  • Advanced technical experience building and maintaining tools and reports.
  • Ability to design impactful slide decks and dashboards.
  • Excellent storytelling skills to communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerBI, or similar.
  • Foundational knowledge of data querying languages such as SQL.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • Tertiary study in a related area beneficial.
  • Advanced MS Office suite skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work effectively within an agile, activity-based environment.
