Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role:
  • Administer medication and monitor the care teams on practice, working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Create person-centred care plans and risk assessments, ensuring the successful delivery of outstanding care.
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
  • Work closely with other nurses in the nurse team and report into the Deputy Manager.
