About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team at Radius, a leading provider of fleet and connectivity solutions. As a Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our strategic vision and operational execution within the broader context of Enterprise Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and analyze business models and processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure alignment of projects and initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain business architecture models that reflect the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and external regulations.
  • Develop detailed business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and resource requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed architecture blueprints that define the structure, integration, and deployment of IT systems within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, enterprise architecture frameworks, and business process modelling tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of the industry and business domain in which the organization operates.
