Our Opportunities

We're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Graduate Management Trainees. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll work closely with our experienced team members to develop new business and maintain current relationships. You'll be responsible for understanding cost control, reading your branch's profit and loss statement, and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and maintain current relationships
  • Understand cost control and read your branch's profit and loss statement
  • Develop skills in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service
  • Mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable
  • A full manual UK or EU driving licence is required; however, we do make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability
  • No drug or alcohol-related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted
