About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Moray Integrated Drug and Alcohol Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assessment, care, support, and treatment interventions to individuals experiencing substance use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans to address substance use and mental health needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in achieving their recovery goals
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with Part 3 of the NMC Register
  • Experience working with substance use and mental health populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
