Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the installation team to execute domestic installations, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Take pride in your work, maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to company brand image standards.
- Ensure a high standard of workmanship, identifying and resolving installation issues promptly.
- Manage van stock materials efficiently, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Assist in capturing survey information required for product ordering and manufacturing.
- Work effectively as part of a wider team, including office and field staff, to achieve business objectives.
- Support the wider business in glazing, window, and door works, as required.
- Manage and resolve workmanship and product-related issues on installations.
- Demonstrate excellent customer skills, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative and compliance duties within company timelines.
- Ensure maintenance of FCA and PRA compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Work on internal Service Level Agreements and Team targets, contributing to business growth and success.
- Comply with Health and Safety requirements, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a secondary installer or trainee installer in the domestic Home Improvements sector.
- Experience in the removal and installation of casement windows, vertical sash windows, composite doors, bifold doors, UPVC and aluminium single and double doors, patio doors, and secondary windows.
- Experience in finishing structural bay windows.
- Experience in surveying window and door products.
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as a team player.
- Self-driven and a natural forward planner, critically assessing own performance.
- Reliable, polite, tolerant, and determined.
- Previous experience in a large national installation company.
- Conservatory installation/surveying experience.
- Ability to perform UPVC repairs.
- Full UK/EU driving license.
- NVQ level 2 or higher in fenestration installation or valid MTC card.
