Evander is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Surveyor to join our team. As a Trainee Surveyor, you will play a critical role in supporting the accurate and reliable delivery of surveying services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist senior surveyors in gathering accurate measurements, conducting surveys, and recording essential information using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with surveying teams in the field to provide assistance during site inspections, surveys, and other data collection activities.
- Assist in processing and analysing survey data using specialized software and tools.
- Prepare accurate survey reports, drawings, and other necessary documentation.
- Minimum of 1-year's experience in a junior level in a practical or technical role within the construction industry, preferably in the domestic retro fitting sector.
- An understanding of the Window and Door industry, including the removal and installation of casement windows, Vertical sash windows, composite doors, bifold doors, UPVC & aluminium single and double doors, patio doors and secondary windows.
- An understanding of building regulations, to a basic level.
- An understanding of building trades to a basic level.
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as a team player.
