At Outcomes First Group, we are currently seeking dedicated Childcare Support Specialists to work within our residential settings.

Position Overview:

As a Childcare Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to young individuals facing various challenges. Your commitment will help create a nurturing environment for those aged 7-18 who may be dealing with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £27,209.00 per annum, along with a welcome incentive of £1000, distributed as £500 after one month of service and an additional £500 after six months.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, permanent position, averaging 45.5 hours per week with various shifts to accommodate the needs of our residents.

Key Requirements:

  • Must possess a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a personal vehicle.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young people.
  • Demonstrated patience, resilience, and a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist young individuals in attending appointments and engaging in activities such as shopping and outings.
  • Perform household tasks to maintain a supportive living environment.
