Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the Central Revenue team to refine revenue strategies and maximize RevPAR.

  • Group Reservations:
    • Oversee group reservations to meet budget goals and support the selling strategy.
    • Minimize revenue loss through robust group and reservations processes.
  • Market Competitiveness:

    • Contribute to and adhere to the hotel's selling strategy.
  • Customer and Team Relationships:
    • Build strong relationships with guests and team members to understand and meet their needs.

Requirements:
