Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team, responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent, administering key HR functions, and managing HR information systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attract and recruit top talent, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience.
  • Administer key HR functions, including bonus management, pay reviews, and training initiatives.
  • Manage HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate the annual performance management cycle, including goal-setting, feedback, and reviews.
  • Contribute to the development and optimisation of new HR processes, promoting standardisation and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Assist with Purchase to Pay activities, ensuring adherence to organisational policies and optimising efficiency.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with over 8 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist, with a strong track record of success in at least one of the following areas: HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Engagement.
