About the Role

The Sales Executive position at Aimee Willow Connex is a key role in driving business growth and expansion. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating opportunities through new and existing data, progressing all inbound enquiries to the end sales stage, and exhausting all in-house sales opportunities in-house and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert sales opportunities provided through the lead generation team and marketing platforms into successful sales.
  • Generate your own sales opportunities through new and existing data (CRM) to drive business growth.
  • Develop new business relationships with potential clients by offering our products via superior customer service.
  • Achieve productivity and Company budget KPIs set out by the Company.
  • Develop an understanding of customer requirements to offer a client-focused service.
  • Adhere to FCA Conduct rules and Core Responsibilities relating to the Sales function and the role.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline and ensure administration is completed on the internal systems to aid the fair treatment of customers.
  • Create and be accountable for all client quotes and proposals, following the Finance procedures through the whole process.
  • Perform your role with a positive and constructive attitude within the team environment.
  • Ensure all compliance regulations and legislation are adhered to where relevant.
  • Present potential clients predominantly through telephone contact.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and desire to drive success.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieve the highest standards.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and influence decisions.
  • Previous experience within a high-performing Sales environment, a minimum of 12-24 months required.
  • Previous experience in a Financial Services environment would be advantageous e.g. insurance, lending, business-to-business.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Computer literacy.
