Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Play and Youth Worker to join our team. As a Play and Youth Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality play and leisure services to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement play and leisure programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience working with disabled children and young people.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and school holidays.
