Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement play and youth programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of our services, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in youth work, playwork, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including Saturdays and half terms.
