We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Headteacher to join our team at Gladstone Park Primary School. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional leadership and management of the school, working closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher to drive school improvement.
  • Lead strategic development of the school, ensuring that our curriculum is broad, balanced, and underpinned by the trust principles of curriculum design.
  • Implement strategies for school improvement, focusing on teaching and learning, student achievement, and staff development.
  • Ensure effective and efficient organisation and administration of the school, including financial management and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:
