We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at mbf., a national financial planning & investment management organisation. Our client is a well-known, respected organisation that works at the top end of the industry, with a strong focus on supporting the growth and development of their employees.
The successful candidate will have a close working relationship with both the Financial Planners and Senior Paraplanners, providing technical support to facilitate efficient and quality administration resulting in excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Financial Planners and their clients
- Work closely with Paraplanning and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Ensure client reviews are timely and appropriate as per documented service levels and in line with regulation
- Assist with structured scheduling of reviews and for the preparation for meetings
- Ensure that client files pre and post meeting contain all relevant information and paperwork, ensuring that all client data is accurate and up to date
- Be responsible for all post meeting administrative actions, such as processing of Letters of Authority and submission of business to various platforms and providers
- Maintain a basic level of industry knowledge through private reading and attending workshops
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience, with at least 1 year in an IFA environment
- Responsibility, accountability, and the ability to be proactive and intuitive in role
- Attention to detail and pride in work
- Strong communicator, written, verbal, and listening
- Full training and support will be provided to attain the diploma in financial planning
- Basic salary to £32,000
- Annual Discretionary Bonus
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office and 3 days WFH
