Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Location: Winchester, Hampshire

Job Description:

This Business Intelligence Expert Lead is responsible for working with the existing developers to support and develop the company's Business Intelligence and to transfer the expertise to the department.

This will include developing a robust and effective data warehouse and associated reporting tools.

  1. Work with the BI Programme to support, design, build, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions.
  2. Provide technical knowledge to support projects.
  3. Act as an expert leader for SQL, MDX, and/or QlikView.

Current BI Tools:

  1. SQL skills (2012), including writing stored procedures.
  2. SQL Server Reporting Services.
  3. SQL Server Analysis Services.
  4. SQL Server Integration Services.

Future Tools May Include:

  1. Windows SharePoint Services.

This role requires a strong understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts, as well as experience with SQL Server and QlikView.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective data warehouses and reporting solutions.

They will also have excellent technical skills, including SQL, MDX, and QlikView.

As a Business Intelligence Expert Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to support and develop the company's Business Intelligence.

You will work closely with the BI Programme to design, build, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions.

You will also provide technical knowledge to support projects and act as an expert leader for SQL, MDX, and/or QlikView.

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
