Job Title: Chemotherapy Nurse

About the Role:

As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will be responsible for administering chemotherapy treatments, conducting clinical assessments, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer chemotherapy treatments to patients in a safe and effective manner
  • Conduct clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on chemotherapy treatments and side effects
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration
  • Qualification in administering cytotoxic drugs
  • Experience in oncology treatment and patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
