Job Description


Are you passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behavior? Do you have experience working with children and adults with additional needs?


GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with a range of needs, including ASC, complex needs, sensory needs, hearing and visual impairments, and medical needs.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work in a 1:1 capacity and within small groups to provide tailored support
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
