Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Negotiation Specialist to join our team at Google. As a key member of our Strategic Negotiation team, you will play a critical role in securing infrastructure for Google's future growth.

As a Community Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing location-specific community development plans, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data collection to inform your research and recommendations.

In this role, you will also develop tools and processes to support local community communication plans, sharing knowledge of the crucial role of data centers and the impactful projects Google supports.

Additionally, you will lead strategic engagements with local community groups, including municipal leaders and community-based non-profit organizations, to adopt Google's community initiatives into their core focus.

As a Google Cloud Liaison, you will collaborate with the global functional team to localize and implement our community research methodology, community communications priorities, and community development initiatives in each community.
