Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Pimlico Banks Recruitment. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of complex, technically challenging systems across the full tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, high-quality software for mobile applications using Ruby, Python, C#, Java, or similar programming languages.
  • Produce automated tests for Web and Mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and write tests from requirements, leveraging expertise in software development design principles and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of Agile methodologies, ensuring commercial experience and expertise in Agile principles.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development/engineering, with a strong focus on automation testing.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with scripting languages, including Ruby, Perl, Bash, Python, and JavaScript.
