Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Specialist to join our team at 0201 CSC Computer Sciences Ltd. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our software engineering team in the development of software products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to software engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Mentorship and Development: Assist in the professional growth and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning.
  • Strategic Contributions: Contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy, participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Culture and Innovation: Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies, strong programming and debugging skills, and some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
  • Qualifications: Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, good communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree: Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications or training a plus.
