We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Operations Manager to join our People and Culture team at YMCA Robin Hood Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our HR administrative function, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and delivering an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all HR administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including HR systems, processes, data, and timely and accurate administration.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policy and best practice.
- Lead on the review of our policies and procedures, and update our intranet site.
- Work with the Business Partner team to ensure that managers have access to key HR data about their staff and service.
- Support the progression of the HR Strategy for the Group, identifying process improvements and implementing them with your team.
- Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- FCIPD Qualified.
- Equivalent of 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) increasing 1 day each year for your first 5 years.
