Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brow & Beauty Expert to join our team at Edinburgh Airport. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert brow styling and makeup services, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Provide expert brow styling and makeup services, using our best-selling products to transform customers into better versions of themselves.
  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, attending training sessions and workshops to ensure you're always ahead of the curve.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for beauty and makeup. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A full training program will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
