About the Role

We are seeking a talented and charismatic Beauty Consultant to join our team at Harrods. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on luxury beauty products, and driving sales through your passion and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest luxury beauty trends and launches.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards, ensuring a high-quality shopping environment.
  • Champion the My Beauty rewards scheme and customer feedback surveys to drive customer loyalty and retention.
